Kitamura Bridgecenter-12G is a 3-axis double-column vertical machining center engineered to deliver exceptional rigidity, precision, and machining capacity for large and heavy components. It features generous 3,050 x 1,615 x 800 mm travels, a 1,370 x 3,500 mm table with a load capacity of up to 6,000 kg, and a powerful 12,000 rpm NST #50 dual-contact, 4-step gear-driven spindle, providing excellent performance for both heavy-duty roughing and high-precision finishing operations. Its rigid Meehanite cast-iron construction with induction-hardened solid box ways, linear scale feedback on all three axes, rapid traverse rates of up to 24 m/min, positioning accuracy of ±0.002 mm, and repeatability of ±0.001 mm ensure outstanding stability even when machining oversized workpieces.
