Kitamura Bridgecenter-10G is a 3-axis double-column vertical machining center engineered for high-precision machining of extra-large and heavy components requiring exceptional rigidity, accuracy, and stability. It features generous 2,540 x 1,615 x 800 mm travels, a 1,370 x 3,000 mm table with a load capacity of up to 6,000 kg, and a powerful 12,000 rpm NST #50 dual-contact, 4-step gear-driven spindle, providing excellent performance for both heavy-duty cutting and high-precision machining. Its rigid Meehanite cast-iron construction with induction-hardened solid box ways, linear scale feedback on all three axes, rapid traverse rates of up to 24 m/min, positioning accuracy of ±0.002 mm, and repeatability of ±0.001 mm ensure outstanding stability when machining large workpieces.
