Kitamura MedCenter5AX is an ultra-compact full simultaneous 5-axis vertical machining center engineered to produce small, complex components with exceptional precision, speed, and surface quality. It features 254 x 330 x 330 mm travels, a Ø170 mm table, and a powerful 30,000 rpm, 25 HP HSK-E40 integral spindle, making it ideal for micro machining and high-precision applications. Rapid traverse rates reach up to 60 m/min in X/Y, while its standard 40-tool automatic tool changer can be expanded to 120 tools, and positioning accuracy of ±0.001 mm with repeatability of ±0.0005 mm ensures outstanding dimensional control.
