The Kitamura Mytrunnion-5G is a full simultaneous 5-axis vertical machining center engineered to deliver outstanding rigidity, precision, and flexibility for machining medium to large complex components. It features 815 x 745 x 500 mm travels, a rigid Ø630 mm trunnion table with a load capacity of up to 400 kg, and a high-performance 20,000 rpm #40 dual-contact, 4-step gear-driven spindle, providing excellent performance for both high-speed and demanding cutting applications. Its rigid Meehanite cast-iron double-column construction with solid box ways, Heidenhain linear and rotary scales, IAC thermal compensation, and positioning accuracy of up to ±0.001 mm ensure exceptional accuracy and stability. With 50-tool capacity, expandable to 100 tools, and Kitamura’s advanced Arumatik-Mi CNC control, the Mytrunnion-5G is an ideal solution for aerospace, medical, mold and die, and other high-precision manufacturing applications, enabling complex multi-sided parts to be completed in a single setup.
