Kitamura Mytrunnion-4G is a full simultaneous 5-axis vertical machining center engineered to deliver outstanding precision, rigidity, and flexibility when machining small to medium-sized components with complex geometries. It features 610 x 610 x 550 mm travels, a Ø400 mm trunnion table, and a powerful 15,000 rpm NST #40 dual-contact spindle, with an optional 20,000 rpm spindle, providing excellent performance for high-speed and precision machining applications. Its rigid symmetrical double-column Meehanite cast-iron construction, ballscrew cooling system, and 4th/5th-axis scale feedback help achieve positioning accuracy of ±0.002 mm and repeatability of ±0.001 mm. With a standard 60-tool capacity, expandable to 100 tools, rapid traverse rates of up to 50 m/min in X/Y, an optional 12-station automated pallet system, and Kitamura’s advanced Arumatik-Mi CNC control, the Mytrunnion-4G is an ideal solution for manufacturers seeking complex single-setup machining, exceptional accuracy, and increased productivity.
