The Kitamura Mycenter-2XV-SP “Sparkchanger” is a high-performance vertical machining center designed to maximize productivity when machining small to medium-sized components. Its integrated 2-station, 180° rotating automatic pallet changer allows operators to load and unload parts while the machine remains in cycle, significantly increasing spindle utilization and overall production efficiency. It features 600 x 510 x 510 mm travels, a powerful 15,000 rpm, 41 HP #40 built-in spindle, a 40-tool automatic tool changer, and rapid traverse rates of up to 52 m/min. Its compact footprint, IAC thermal compensation system, and advanced Arumatik-Mi Pro CNC control make it an excellent solution for continuous production requiring high precision, speed, and efficiency.
