HX1000G/HX1250G

Kitamura Mycenter-HX1000G/HX1250G are large-capacity 4-axis horizontal machining centers engineered to deliver exceptional power, rigidity, and precision when machining extremely large, heavy, close-tolerance components. Both models feature 2,040 x 1,350 x 1,370 mm travels, while the HX1000G is equipped with a 1,000 x 1,000 mm table and the HX1250G with a larger 1,250 x 1,250 mm table. Their powerful 8,000 rpm NST #50 dual-contact, 4-step gear-driven spindle, optionally available at 12,000 rpm, provides the torque and stability required for demanding materials and heavy cutting applications. Rigid solid box way construction, twin ballscrew and dual feedback technology on the X/Y/Z axes, rapid traverse rates of up to 36 m/min, a 2-station automatic pallet changer with full 4th-axis capability, and positioning accuracy of ±0.002 mm provide outstanding stability and machining performance. Equipped with Kitamura’s advanced Arumatik-Mi CNC control and a standard 150-tool capacity, expandable to 200 tools, the HX1000G/HX1250G are ideal solutions for aerospace, automotive, heavy construction, power generation, and other large-component manufacturing applications.
