Kitamura Mycenter-HX630G/800 is a large-capacity 4-axis horizontal machining center engineered to deliver exceptional rigidity, precision, and productivity when machining large, heavy components and difficult-to-machine materials. It features 1,100 x 920 x 1,050 mm travels, 630 x 630 mm pallets, and a generous work envelope capable of accommodating parts up to 1,080 mm in diameter x 1,300 mm high. Available with either a 20,000 rpm NST #40 spindle or a 12,000 rpm NST #50 spindle, it combines high-speed performance with the torque required for demanding machining operations. Its rigid solid box way construction, twin ballscrews and motors on the X/Y/Z axes, linear scale feedback on all axes, rapid traverse rates of up to 60 m/min, and 2-station automatic pallet changer with full 4th-axis capability provide outstanding stability and productivity.
